Canada: Canola and soybean crush as of June 23, 2010

The Canadian Oilseed Processors Association reports that 4.0 mln t of canola were crushed in Canada from August 1, 2009 until June 23, 2010, which is above the 3.6 mln t crushed in the year-ago period. Soybean crush was 1.2 (1.2) mln t. The canola crush capacity utilization rate was 80 (92)% and that of soybeans 59 (60)%.
