World: Ethanol and biodiesel production seen sharply up in the long term

F. O. Licht projects global ethanol production in 2011 to reach 97.7 mln m3, which is up from the 92.0 mln m3 estimated for 2010. The long-term projection for 2019 stands at 158.8 mln m3.
The biodiesel production in 2011 is seen at 20.6 mln t, which is up from the 19.2 mln t estimated for 2010. The forecast for 2019 stands at 36.2 mln t.
