Japan: Broiler meat production likely to be unchanged in 2010

The US agricultural attaché expects Japan to produce 1.3 mln t of broiler meat in 2010 which is in line with the previous year’s output. Imports are projected at 695,000 (645,000) t and total domestic use at 2.0 (2.0) mln t.
