World: 2010/11 corn output estimate slightly revised down to 832.4 mln t

According to the USDA, 2010/11 global corn production is now seen at 832.4 (previous forecast 835.8; previous year 808.8) mln t, thereof that of the USA at 336.4 (339.6; 333.0) mln t, of the EU at 57.0 (56.7; 55.6) mln t, and of Ukraine at 13.0 (13.0; 10.5) mln t.
Global exports are now expected at 89.2 (89.9; 87.1) mln t, thereof those from the USA at 49.5 (50.8; 49.5) mln t, from Argentina at 14.0 (14.0; 13.0), and from Ukraine at 6.0 (5.5; 5.0) mln t. Global use is projected at 830.9 (831.9; 813.0) mln t, thereof feed use at 492.9 (493.5; 481.8) mln t, and ending stocks at 141.1 (147.3; 143.4) mln t.
