Ukraine: 2010 corn crop forecast unchanged at 12.4 mln t

UkrAgroConsult estimate for this year’s corn production in Ukraine remains at 12.4 mln t, unchanged from the previous forecast and up from the 10.2 mln t harvested last year. The harvested acreage stands at 2.6 (2.6; 2.1) mln ha, yields are expected at 4.8 (4.8; 4.9) t/ha.
