EU: 2010/11 rapeseed output forecast revised down to 19.9 mln t

Oil World forecasts 2010/11 (July/June) rapeseed production in the EU now at 19.9 mln t which is below the previous projection of 20.4 mln t and the 21.6 mln t harvested in the previous season. Production in Germany is now expected at 5.6 (5.8; 6.2) mln t, in France at 4.8 (4.9; 5.6) mln t, in Poland at 2.0 (2.2; 2.5) mln t, in the UK at 2.1 (2.1; 2.0) mln t, and in the Czech Republic at 1.1 (1.1; 1.2) mln t.
