Canada: 2008/09 canola exports seen at 7.4 mln t

Oil World estimates Canada’s canola exports in marketing year 2008/09 (Aug./July) at 7.4 mln t which is above the 5.8 mln t exported in the year before. The exports to China should rise to 2.4 (0.7) mln t. Crush is projected at 4.3 (4.1) mln t and ending stocks at 2.2 (1.5) mln t.
