France: Grain sales reached 50.3 mln t from July 2008 to March 2009

The ONIGC reports that French farmers sold 50.3 mln t of grain from July 2008 until March 2009 which is above the 45.5 mln t sold in the year-ago period. This included 26.9 (25.0) mln t of wheat (excluding durum), 1.8 (1.8) mln t of durum, 11.5 (10.6) mln t of corn and 628,000 (413,000) t of triticale.
